Despite of the japanese smell of the project and disc title and despite of the fact that Sick Arts has a good wire to the japanese noise scene, ILP is the work of one Sascha Mandler from Germany.

With this debut album from 2006 he placed himself within the harsh industrial scene, delivering a digital noise album, that, as he later said himself, he hated  for the thin sound.
